Is it Possible to have an ITPL Terminus?

If one happens to open Google maps and zooms in to the area opposite ITPL, which apparently is owned by the railways (CONCOR) and the forest department, there is a railway line that runs perpendicular to the Bangalore - Chennai trunk line towards the ITPL. Notice the ITPL area and the portion opposite to it. If one zooms in on the area next to the red text, this is what is visible: Clearly, it is a railway line that apparently is not in use. This track is moving towards the ITPL from the Satellite Goods Shed and can be leveraged to create an ITPL terminus of 6 to 7 platforms with tracks going towards the Bangalore City and Bangarpet sides. Given that ITPL is well connected by the BMTC buses and of course the metro in the future, having a rail terminus there helps more people. Furthermore, not only would it relieve people from the ordeal of using the Whitefield station, but also help the railways run special trains to elsewhere in the state and country during
